Eutectix has unique capabilities to produce these metals and alloys – critical materials which are essential to the military and widely used in electronics, solar, wind and battery technology. Green energy and automotive applications are projected to increase demand for REE (rare earth elements) and advanced rare earth alloys.
Founded in 2014, Eutectix has the largest production capacity in the world for hydriding, inert atmosphere grinding and alloying. Its alloys are used in a wide range of industries and applications including electronics, automotive, aerospace, electrochemistry, magnets, superalloys, and 3D printing.
The acquisitions of the assets of Great Western Technologies Advanced Alloy Manufacturing and Molycorp Minerals and Alloys build on years of expertise and relationships in materials manufacturing and product development in rare earth elements. Eutectix has production capability to convert rare earth oxides and fluorides to high purity metal in its Tolleson plant. Eutectix operates two 12,000 square foot facilities in Troy, Michigan and plants in Tolleson, Arizona that serve its research and development and alloy manufacturing operations.
